How do I monitor my campaign?

You can read your campaign status from your Campaigns dashboard. Scroll down to your campaign data chart, where any of your active campaigns are at-a-glance.
Campaign Status
You can tell whether your campaign is on-air/off-air from the campaign status column.

  • An on-air campaign will reflect a Play icon below the Status bar
  • An off-air campaign will reflect a Pause icon below the Status bar
Why is my campaign paused?
If you’re unsure of why your campaign is paused, you can check under the Delivery column. A “Paused” delivery means that you have taken your campaign off-line, and can activate it anytime by switching the campaign Status

Why is my campaign Inactive?

If you see that your campaign is “Inactive”, this can mean that:
  • Your campaign has ended
  • Your content is still under review
  • Your campaign has been rejected
  • Your budget has capped
  • There is a billing issue
  • There is an account issue

You can hover over the “!” icon next to the Delivery status to view a specific note about why the campaign is off-air. If you have any questions or are unsure about your campaign status, you can email with your account name, and your campaign name for assistance.
